So far so good. After having to return 2 countertop ice machines to Walmart within a month for the same pump problem, I finally said enough is enough and bought this thing. Put it in my basement on this cheap Walmart shelf, added a valve on my sink and cut in a drain for it and my dehumidifier and finished on a Sunday afternoon. By Sunday evening, it already filled the entire thing up with fresh ice. Of course you’ll need access to water and enough gravity flow to a drain. Mine drains into a sewer pump. Yes, the ice is wet. All ice is. I dump mine into a bin in my deep freezer and break it up later so it lasts longer in my cooler every day. If the ice comes out in thick sheets, take some time off the cycle. If it’s not filled out enough, add some time to the cycle. I feel like this is common sense. I have -1 minute on my cycle and it works great. If you want clearer ice, add an inline filter. It’s not going to be crystal clear. You’d need several filters for that. All in all it works great, is relatively quiet and makes more ice than I’ll need. I’d probably bag some for trips if I had more freezer space.

We use this ice maker in our cafe for iced coffee, cold drinks, and other beverages throughout the day. It produces ice quickly enough to keep up with our normal daily demand, and the storage bin is convenient during busy periods. The stainless steel exterior is easy to wipe clean, and the self-cleaning function makes regular maintenance much easier. It also runs fairly quietly, which is important in a customer-facing space.

Works well doesn’t take long to refill. Makes a good amount of ice. The ice is a good size. We really like our ice maker. It is a good new addition to our kitchen remodel.

We bought this ice maker for our shop. Our staff fills their cups/coolers before leaving for the job site. It has literally been used EVERY DAY since we installed it (which was very simple). It also makes ice SUPER FAST! I would highly recommend it!

I bought this nugget ice maker because we go through a lot of ice, and it has been keeping up really well. It produces nugget ice quickly and consistently throughout the day, which is much more convenient than buying bags of ice. The ice texture is exactly what I wanted—soft, chewable, and great for drinks. So far, it has been working very well for us.

As a homeowner, I’m excited and happy with this ice maker. It makes ice quickly and produces a good amount for everyday use or when we have guests over. I also like that it can use a 5-gallon water jug, so there’s no need to connect it to a water line. It’s easy to operate, convenient, and works well for our family. Overall, a great addition to our home.

Cleaning commercial equipment can take a lot of time, so I appreciate the self-cleaning cycle on this unit. It helps keep the interior clean and makes routine maintenance far less of a hassle.

Super easy to hook up! I needed an ice maker for a home bar that would make and hold ice. This was my 3rd try and it works fantastic!...the others made ice ok, but it would melt into a solid blob after a day. This thing cranks it out fast and has kept up with every party we’ve had.

This ice machine is the real deal. I actually installed it outside under a canopy because we host a lot. When we first installed it we had a party later on that day and it was hot and yet the machine still produced plenty of ice and in spite of not being in a refrigerated holder still kept the ice cold and melted. Keep in mind it was about 86° that day. Highly recommend it!

I installed this yesterday in my garage, it filled up the bin and a couple of hours. It took about 30 minutes for the first cubes to come out, but then shot ice out about every 15 minutes

So far so good. Its nice to have the extra ice on the weekends for the coolers, drinks and boating. Makes ice fairly quickly. Easy to install. Have the drain connected to my condensation pump for the AC.

I really am happy with this purchase it came it was delivered right away after I ordered it it's going to save me so much money in the unfair Monopoly of the ice market

For our family, this ice maker has been a perfect fit. We love to create desserts involving ice, especially during the hot California summer. Whether it’s blending up a batch of refreshing smoothies or making homemade ice cream, having a steady supply of ice has made our summer even more enjoyable. The machine has become an essential part of our kitchen, and we can’t imagine going back to our old ways of ice-making.

If you’re looking for a high-quality ice maker that can handle the demands of daily use and provide a steady supply of ice, this product is definitely worth considering. It’s a well-designed, reliable, and efficient machine that has made a significant difference in our home.

I got this ice maker on Friday, and by Saturday it was already making lots of ice! It produces an amazing amount of ice and has saved us from constantly buying ice at the store. I’m very happy with this unit and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs plenty of ice at home.

If you need a-lot of ice fast this really works well. Bought for an outdoor cabana bar at our home after fridge ice maker broke which wasn’t enough for high demand use days. Unit is quiet and as I said efficient.Set up was easy. As I’m on a well I did put both an inline sediment and taste filter on the water supply side for good measure which seems to work well. I keep my ice setting at zero which also seems to work well in most ambient air temp ranges to make nice cubes. I clean by putting a little white vinegar in the water tray and running the cleaning cycle after every use and then keep the door open until it drys out thoroughly. Nice unit!

I bought this machine over a month ago after purchasing a smaller one and being disappointed with its capacity. This machine produced over 200 lbs of ice for our 4th of July block party and I took it with us on vacation to the California Delta where it was 100 degrees. I easily produce 100 lbs when we are home under normal conditions. With a 20 lb bag of ice costing $ 16.00 per bag ( yes we are in California) this machine kept 3 of us campers and boaters in plenty of ice and paid for itself. This plus the bags I ordered worked out awesome. 30 lbs to each boat per day plus ice chests full. I wish the next version didn't need to have the cube blocks broken up but I would say this is a winner if you are in need of high volume of ice for camping, boating, and big parties #happy

It’s truly a cool ice maker. It does 100% what is advertised and I’m super happy with my purchase. Ice forever.

First off: I’m not paid for this review or a bot. Real person adult review. We throw parties and have a family of 4 kids. We’re out of ice constantly. Between buying ice for coolers to head to outdoor events and storing it for when our lousy ice maker in the fridge ran out, I was tired of it. Bought this on sale with free shipping. One trip to Home Depot for a hose adapter and two more line fittings and we were up and going. 19 minutes later, in a 98 degree garage, its first tray of ice fell. This sucker CRANKS! We refer it to every one now. Buy this. It’s enough. You don’t need more. You’ll fill a regular yeti with one bin full.

Great ice maker at a reasonable price! Makes ice fast and produces a generous portion. Very simple to install and use. Love it and highly recommend it!
