The product you return must be new, unassembled, unused, and in the original packaging. Customer satisfaction is our goal, so we kindly ask that you return your purchase in the same condition you received it to ensure a hassle-free refund.

At Antarctic Star, we are happy to offer refunds for unsuitable products within 30 days of receipt.

Please contact us within 30 days, and we will provide a full refund or arrange a replacement. -

Please contact us within 30 days. We will offer a partial refund based on the condition of the product.
Conditions for Returns
Antarctic-star.com reserves the right to refuse a refund if:
- The returned item does not match the original item shipped.
- The returned item is missing parts or original packaging.
- The returned item was damaged during return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging.
- The returned item shows obvious heavy use (e.g., limescale buildup in a water cooler).
- The item has been assembled in a way that prevents proper return packaging.
FREE Return Shipping
We are delighted to offer FREE return shipping for customers within the United States. Returns are processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.
How do I find the return label I generated?
- Go to "My Orders".
- Click "Order Details".
- Select "Return & Refund Record" in the top right corner.
- Click "View" to download and print the return label.
How long do I have to make a return?
You have 30 days to return an item. Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.
Important Things to Know
- Keep the original packaging to make returns easier.
- Include your packing slip and a completed returns form to ensure efficient processing.
- Refunds will be processed through your original payment method (excluding original shipping charges) after an inspection.
1. Sign into your Antarctic-star account.
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return, fill up the reason, then submit.
3. Print the return label and tape it on the outside of your return parcel.
4. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
NOTE:
If you are paying for return shipping yourself, you may use any shipping method. However, the return must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date.
The shipping label we provide is valid only for returns within the United States. It does not support international returns.
