Shipping

In an effort to provide you the best possible experience, we discount shipping as much as possible. For most product, it will be shipped any where in the 48 states for free.

For a question about a specific order, please contact us at  service@antarctic-star.com . For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, and some APO addresses, we do not provide delivery service.

Shipping Provider & Types:

We've partnered with UPS, FedEx, USPS, FdsExpress and freight transportation by truck  to ensure your order is delivered secure and on time. To help you with your purchasing decision, we list the average time it will take for an order to process for each product listed on our website. Orders for some products will process more quickly than others due to order volume and/or inventory status. We try to be as fair and accurate as possible, when listing each product's availability.

We offer the following shipping types:

  • Economy Shipping:5-8 Business Days (free shipping)
  • Standard  Shipping: 3-4 Business Days(If you need expedite ,please choose standard shipping, we will charge you extra $6.9 shipping fee,Please tick on the checkout page.)

We ship orders within 24 hours on regular business days Monday - Friday (non-holidays) . Orders placed on weekends will ship on the following business day.

Order Shipment Times:

Most orders placed before 11:30 a.m. PST will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. PST will be shipped the following business day. Processing for these orders can take a few hours or longer depending on the volume of orders received on that day.

If you need your order delivered by a certain date, we recommend that you contact our customer service team by service@antarctic-star.com to guarantee a ship date.

Whether taxes need to be paid?

For all orders in antarctic -sar,We don't charge extra taxes.The final selling price of the product is the after-tax price.

Order Verification

While we process your order, you may be contacted by a customer service representative to verify your order and billing information after purchase. If you cannot be reached, your order may be delayed. The best way to ensure there is no delay on your delivery, double check all information you enter during checkout.

Inspecting Your Order When It Arrives

If your order shipped via freight carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the package. We recommend that you verify the following items before signing the bill of landing:

Make sure that you have received the correct item.

We recommend that you keep the packaging your product was shipped in so you can easily repack your item in the required packaging in the event of a return. We would kindly ask that you include your packing note and complete the returns form so we can process your return efficiently.

Following an inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges.

We promise to process all returns as soon as possible. You should be aware that it can take several days for a bank to show this credit. If you have not received your refund into your account after 10 working days, please contact our customer service :service@antarctic-star.com

Please keep the following in mind when preparing your purchase for return:

  • Include only the items for which the prepaid return slip was provided.
  • Include all manufacturer's original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
  • Complete and include the return slip.
  • Place the provided prepaid shipping label on the package.
  • Give the package to your local carrier or drop it off at any carrier location.
  • If your purchase does not include a return slip it may cause delays during the refund procedure.
  • Note: The original shipping charges (if) incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return.

Rwflame.com reserves the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if:

  • The item that has been returned does not match the original item shipped to the customer.
  • The returned item is missing parts or the original products packaging.
  • The returned item was damaged during the return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging.
  • The item being returned has been obviously heavily used (such as lime scale buildup in a water cooler).
  • The item being returned has been assembled in a way that would impede proper packaging for return shipping.
