Shipping Information

At Antarctic Star, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. That’s why we discount shipping as much as possible. For most products, shipping is free within the 48 contiguous United States.

If you have questions about a specific order, please contact us at service@antarctic-star.com. Please note that we currently do not provide delivery service to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or some APO addresses.

Shipping Providers & Types

We have partnered with trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, FedEx Express, and freight transportation by truck, to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Each product listing on our website includes the average processing time to help you make informed purchasing decisions. Some orders may process more quickly than others due to inventory levels or order volume.

Shipping Options:

  • Economy Shipping: 5–8 Business Days (Free Shipping)
  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 Business Days ($6.90 fee for expedited processing; select during checkout)

Order Processing Times:

  • Orders placed within regular business hours (Monday–Friday, non-holidays) are shipped within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following business day.
  • Most orders placed before 11:30 a.m. PST will ship the same business day, while orders placed after 11:30 a.m. PST will ship the next business day.

Tax Information

At Antarctic Star, all taxes are included in the product price. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.

Order Verification

To ensure accurate processing, a customer service representative may contact you to verify your order and billing information after purchase. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be delayed. To avoid delays, please double-check the information you enter during checkout.

Inspecting Your Order Upon Delivery

For freight carrier shipments, please inspect your item thoroughly before signing for the package. Verify the following:

  1. Ensure you have received the correct item.
  2. Check for any visible damage or defects.

We recommend keeping the original packaging in case you need to return your item. Be sure to include the packing note and complete the returns form to help us process your return efficiently.

Returns & Refunds

If you need to return your item, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your returned item following an inspection. Refunds will be processed through your original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges. Please note it may take several days for your bank to reflect the credit. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at service@antarctic-star.com.
