Great Sonic-like ice maker! Very good quality and quiet. I was worried it would look bad in the kitchen, but I think it looks great! This photo is it after making ice for about 25 minutes. You can hear the fans while it is making ice, but it is completely silent while just chilling. Ice quality is great, holds together, but easy to crunch on. I would recommend!

Nice ice maker. works good in the lower bay of my RV for outside ice. Makes good ice and fast. easy to clean. running out west in 90 plus degree weather the storage bays must have been hot and it had no problems. Pretty portable so taking it to a party will not be a problem. The silicon drain plug in the bottom could be designed a little better but overall vary happy.

I started by thinking there was some other place that I needed to put water in. It goes in the bottom pull out water tank. I mistakenly thought this is where the ice would collect. Once filled, simply push the button that says "ice making". In a few minutes, the light in the water tank will be red indicating that the ice basket is full. It barely makes any noise. When you're ready, put your glass under the control panel and push "ice dispense". Like magic, perfectly shaped ice nuggets will dispense. You do need to press the button again for it to stop. One small tank of water makes a ton of ice. This is the perfect machine for entertaining. When you're done, be sure to thoroughly drain all of the water out. There's a drain hose in the back that you pull down and can drain into a sink, bowl, or if outside, on the ground. It's got a self clean feature. You fill the tank and hit self clean. To descale, simply mix in a little citric acid to your water, much like descaling a coffee maker. You really can't get much simpler and low maintenance than this ice maker. Definitely recommend.
